I came across a blog "

David Instone-Brewer's book "
Divorce and Remarriage in the Bible." It offers an excellent summary of the book. It is covered in four parts (

3,
4). In that final post he goes over the four predominant views of divorce and remarriage in Christian circles. Unfortunately he doesn't conclude with his own views.
